HI I'M JADE, I retired from corporate in the oil and gas industry and I'm fortunate to have found an online business to replace the income I was accustomed to while working in the consulting industry primarily on oil and gas projects in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.
I am Canadian and have worked across many remote wilderness areas in Western Canada, mainly on pipeline and road construction projects. I really enjoyed this work but after becoming a newly wed, I wanted to start a business that allowed me to work from home or work while travelling! My business allows me to have a plethora of time to spend with loved ones, while having the funds to book flights, helicopters, sail boats, cruises, fishing charters, golf course memberships, horse boarding, health retreats, spas, and incredible dinners at our favorite wineries, living the dream lifestyle some could only imagine, and also giving back to the community by being able to give very generous donations to my favorite non-profits!
My travels have taken me to trips all over Western and Eastern Central Canada, and more recently to Europe where my husband and I went to the most amazing places in France, Spain, and Italy for an entire month!
I no longer have to work weeks and months away from friends and family to achieve the disposable income I have became accustomed to while working in the oil and gas industry as an independent contractor, followed by a corporate salary position.
I love providing mentorship and inspiration to other motivated men and women who want to create this level of freedom, flexibility, and finances in their own lives. I booked a private helicopter wine tour to Phantom Creek Estates winery in Oliver, British Columbia for my husband's birthday with myself, mother-in-law and father! Amazing views of the Similkameen Valley. Truly incredible to have the funds to be able to have this exclusive VIP experience and share with family! (October, 2021).

THE SPARK THAT LED ME HERE: I started my own business over 5 years ago. Friends and family told me what a risk it was, but after being laid off even from supposedly secure full time permanent positions due to the volatile nature of the oil and gas industry, I realized no position is guaranteed even for full-time employees. It was the best decision I could have made for my career and lifestyle. I could not have imagined at the time my income would more then double by working less then half the year. Unfortunately, the original business I started had limited opportunity for me to work from home, and I had to travel and work away from home for weeks and months at a time, which was exciting for a while, but after wanting to settle down, I wanted the freedom to work from home.
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BUST: After so many years running my own company I decided to take a corporate position that did include a six figure salary to work from home based on the typical 40 hour work week, but I lost most of my earning to income tax being in a higher tax bracket, with no ability to write-off a significant amount of my income, as I could when I was self-employed. Even though I was working from home, I was still dealing with office bureaucracy, limited resources, and very little vacation days (that had to be approved). I no longer had a disposable income as I did when I travelled on remote projects, and was shocked I could have the best of both worlds by making a career in personal development! This business is truely the ultimate work-life balance!
THE BOOKS THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: I have been a highly motivated individual since I was a young girl. I was subconsciously using many of the tools given in the training programs of this business without knowing it at the time, such as with manifestation. I got into real estate at the young age of 18, with my first rental property, and have always read endless amounts of books in health, wellness, entrepreneurship, and practice critical thinking.
